HOW WILL MY EVENT DATE BE AFFECTED BY COVID-19?

If you have an event scheduled with us during Covid-19 we will happily reschedule your date for a later time.

DO I HAVE TO USE THE VENDORS YOU PROVIDE?

No, you are free to use outside resources. We just try to make your event planning easier by having vendors ready for you to choose from.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS CAN YOUR EVENT SITE HANDLE?

Lanahan Hall accommodates 120 guests with 15 tables and 8 chairs per table with dance floor space.
Memorial Hall accommodates to 304-340 guests with 38 tables and 8 chairs per table with dance floor space.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES TO RENT WITH YOU? DO YOU OFFER FREE CONSULTATIONS?

We offer free consultations and tours. We offer three different packages. You can check out our pricing under the "Services" tab.

WILL THE SITE BE SHARED WITH ANOTHER EVENT GROUP?

Depends on your date. Some guests will rent the opposite facility site depending on their event needs and availability.

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

Yes, you may bring your own alcohol but, our bartenders must be the ones to serve you. We do not sell alcohol but we do serve what you purchase.
